People prefer to have their accident repairs done locally by us rather than some faceless organization miles away who don’t know them or care about their vehicle. If you have an accident (your fault or not) you can have the repairs done where you choose, it is your legal right. Come and see us next time and deal with the same person all through your repairs, and we will give you £25 towards your excess.
